According to the lunar ephemeris, the location of the Moon on these dates was:

Alpha Capricornus 20h 15m -13d Beta Capricornus 20h 20m -15d Jupiter 19h 00m -22d 33'On March 22nd, the planet Venus was at 2h 56m +19d 22'.
As for anything non-astronomical, I haven't much of a clue!
