Will there be two lunar eclipses visible from New England in 1996?

On April 3-4, 1996 there will be a total lunar eclipse visible from UT 23:26 to 00:53 visible from New England ,USA. It will be a total 'umbral' eclipse. A second lunar eclipse, this one a partial eclipse visible from New England, and total in the western United States will occur on September 26-27 beginning at UT 2:19 through 3:29. I would imagine that your local weather channel will announce it, or your local newspaper may carry a brief notice of these events in the 'weather' section or its equivalent.
