Not really. You need to know the details of the orbit of the Moon and the location of the Sun. These are very cumbersome formulae with many steps. Try looking at some software sites. I found two:
Navigation Software and Blue Angles. The navigation site lists dozens of free programs for calculating tides, and lots of other things. I think a lunar calculator is in there too. Also, the Blue Angles site, about half way down the page, gives a search engine for Shareware programs on the Internet. Enter 'Astronomy' and a selection of titles will appear.
