Yes. As the Moon continues to do work on the Earth to raise tides, and as some of this energy is dissipated by the oceans, the orbit of the Moon has to slowly recede from the Earth to conserve angular momentum. Currently, the rate at which the Moon is moving away from the Earth is about 3 centimeters per year or so, I believe.
