Go to my Astronomy Cafe 'hotlist' area, and click under the heading for the NSSDC, which is the National Space Science Data Center in Greenbelt Maryland. They have a CDROM called 'Astronomical Catalogs vol I' which has dozens of star catalogs and in the 'Miscellaneous' section, a file of constellation boundary data which for each constellation, gives the coordinates of the vertices for the polygon defining the constellation boundaries. Also, I have had several related queries for on line catalogs which can be found under by question archive Software.
