When will Saturn's rings again be visible through a small telescope?

Saturn will be edge-on in February 1996, and in conjunction with the Sun in March making it unobservable. It will be an evening object in Pisces/Cetus through September, and in July its rings will be at their maximum tilt of 6 degrees this year, decreasing to 3 degrees by November before once again increasing next year. Look for it in the constellation Pisces.
