Will the total solar eclipse of February 26, 1998 be visible from Aruba or Curacao?

According to the on-line tabulations over at Dr. Fred Espenak's Eclipse Pages, and the following latitudes and longitudes for these islands:

Aruba 12d 30'N 70d 0'W
Curacao 12d 10'N 69d 0'W
Aruba is near the northern limit to the eclipse at 18:10 UT, and Curacao is near the southern limit to the eclipse at 18:40 UT. The path of Totality closest to these islands runs from
UT.............Latitude............Longitude

18:10 11d 56N 70d 20W
18:12 12d 19N 69d 31W
which seems to indicate that Aruba and Curacao are closest to the track center at 18:12 with Curacao slightly better placed by a few miles.
