The best catalog for stellar infrared fluxes and intensities is the "Merged Catalog of Infrared Observations" compiled by Gezari, Schmitz and Meade. The 1987 version is available in paper form as NASA Reference Publication 1196 out of the Goddard Space Flight Center. You can also go to the Internet site at the AStronomy Data Center and order their Astronomical Catalogs CDROM volume 1 which contains ascii and FITS tables for hundreds of popular astronomy catalogs including the Catalog of Infrared Observations, which is identified at catalog number 2184.
This catalog gives the published data from 1 micron to 300 microns for all well-studied infrared objects including bright stars. The catalog is arranged by right ascension and lists the name of the object, the wavelength of the observation, the flux ( or magnitude or intensity) of the object and the literature citation for the measurement.
