On March 21, 4713 BC the Sun rose 12 degrees south of east. Is there a problem with this?

Since this was generated on one of the PC planetaria simulator programs, I would first worry about the computational accuracy of any prediction more than 2000 years in the past. As for this particular question, the reasonableness of this prediction depends on the observers latitude on the Earth.
