Do all planets have North and South poles?

All of the planets in our solar system are rotating. This means they have a preferred axis, and therefore they have two regions along their axii which we can choose to call North and South poles. The designation is based on convention. Our North pole is located in one of the two hemispheres of the ecliptic plane in which the planets orbit the Sun. We therefore call this hemisphere the North Ecliptic Hemisphere, and if a planet has a pole in this hemisphere it is called its North pole.
