Can you hear stars?

Yes you can, but it requires a radio telescope and a way of converting the electromagnetic signals into audio signals. The sound is typically very monotonous except for pulsars which can be heard to pulse dozens of times a second. The sound from other stars doesn't change during the few minutes you usually listen, and it sounds like the ocean...or some strange wind.
