How long would it take to get to Saturn by Space Shuttle?

Well, the Shuttle travels at about 5 kilometers/sec or 11,000 miles/hour very roughly. Saturn is 9.5 AU or 883 million miles distant, so we are talking about 80,000 hours or just over 9 years. But the Shuttle is obviously not equipped for such a journey.
