No. If they could, they would ALL be millionares. Instead, they spin hundreds of forecasts and by shear luck a few resemble a prediction AFTER they have interpreted it for you so that it 'symbolically' conforms to an actual event. There is so much self-delusion involved in this process it is amazing how many sensible people still fall for this old magician's trick.
