When will Hale-Bopp be visible from Australia?

During the first week of April when it will be its most dramatic, its declination will be about +28 degrees. This means that from about the middle of Australia and below to the south, it will not make it above the horizon. You will have to go to the northern most parts of Australia to see it. At Darwin, for example, it may be as high as 15 - 20 degrees above the northern horizon so far as I can tell.
