Where is the Draco Star System located in the sky?

I do not know what is meant by the 'Draco Star System' but the Draco constellation is a long, snakey constellation that winds between the Big and Little Dippers. Consult any star chart to find this constellation. It is not a 'star system' because the stars in the constellation are not a group moving through space in unison.
