I have no idea. The outside portion that we see from far away can have an effective temperature because it emits 'Hawking radiation', but this temperature, though small, is not absolute zero. Inside, I have no idea how you would make a temperature measurement because space-time is collapsing and nothing is in thermal equilibrium long enough for 'temperature' to be a meaningful way of describing anything.
