No. I really 'goofed' up on that one didn't I? The double Blue Moons will always happen in January and March on non-Leap Years because although there will be no more than 13 months in the year, February does not get one at all because the synodic month is longer than the number of days in February in non-Leap Years. So, January and February get to have 2 Full Moons each, and the rest of the months after March get one Full Moon so that the total for the year is still 13. The next years when there are double Full Moons will be in 2018 and 2037 and these will also fall on January 2, January 31, March 2 and March 31 based on their Universal Times.
