Would Comet Hale-Bopp be visible from Antarctica in February, 1997?

Hale-Bopp will be near declinations +21 to +33 during February so this means that from the South Pole, you will not be able to see the comet because it never gets above the horizon. Also, if I am not mistaken, the South Pole is in its summer phase with 24 hours of daylight!
