I would have to guess Hercules. I am probably wrong since I am trying to recall what I saw during a June star party I went to over 20 years ago! Cygnus would be definitely tilted to the east at about 45 degrees, and usually Vega and Lyra are the first to reach zenith in the early evening sky after sunset. So, just before sunset in June ( which happens around 8:30 PM local time) I would expect Hercules to be approaching the zenith, but probably not quite there. Someone out there with a planetarium simulator would know the answer!
