What is the difference between degrees Centigrade and Kelvin?

Centigrade has its 'zero' point at the freezing temperature of water while the Kelvin scale has its zero ad Absolute Zero located at -273.15 Centigrade. The boiling point of water is 100 C or at 373.15 K.
