The 3.5 inch 'Questar' is produced by the Questar Corporation, phone = 215-862-5277. They advertized this instrument continuously from 1960 to 1992 on the inside front cover of Sky and Telescope magazine. In 1993, their ad was pulled from the magazine for reasons I do not know. You might call the company and see if they still exist!
