Where can I get software to predict the azimuth and elevation for the Sun and Moon?

Your best bet is to use one of the planetaria simulators currently on the market. I just got a catalog from the shareware company Software Labs which has 3 different simulators. You can buy the startup disk for under 5 dollars. Usually you have to register with the author to get a fully working version which typically costs about 25 - 30 dollars.

Because of the number of requests for this kind of software, I have been tempted to write this myself based on software I already own for research purposes. I would probably sell it for $10.00, but the problem is that I just don't have the time right now to do this. Perhaps in the future I will consider producing software tools.
