What do you mean by 'correct'? If you mean that the person can function predictably in the physical world, no, the geocentric view is demonstrably incorrect. Geocentric cosmology is not a dynamical 'theory' of the universe but a 'kinematical' viewpoint which raises the illusion of our being in the center of the expansion to the level of a physical law. There are many other such illusions such as the geometry of a meteor shower appearing to emanate from a single point in the sky even though the 'shower' is millions of miles across. In astronomy and physics, we work very hard at seeing through the various illusions in our world to the underlying universal truths and invariants which we call natural laws.
