Absolutely nothing remarkable so far as planetary alignments are concerned. As I have mentioned several times now, there will be an interesting set of conjunctions between the brighter planets over the space of a week or two around this date, but these things happen every few decades or so and nothing ever happens out of the ordinary, that is unless lots of people CHOOSE to make something of this benign astronomical event and talk themselves into doing weird things.
