Yes, but the luminosity of this corona of emitted particles will be very low compared to other processes occurring in the accretion disk just outside the black hole. Only for very low mass black holes below 10^18 grams would there be much of a 'glow' as particles are wrested from the quantum vacuum near the horizon, and escape into space.
