At least using simple arguments from Newtonian physics, the answer is no. There is no net gravitational force at the exact center of mass of the Earth. To prove this you need a bit of calculus. In general, the net force from outlying 'shells' of mass all the way to the surface, cancel out, leaving only the force produced by the mass within a sphere whose radius is your current distance from the center of mass.
