We have no evidence to suggest that more than the usual 4 dimensions to spacetime exist at the level of the scale of the atom, or even at 10^-20 centimeters which is the smallest scale probed by modern accelerator experiments. There is also no evidence to indicate that speeds greater than that of light are possible in our physical world. Therefore, this places questions like this in the category of science fiction and speculative fiction, at least at the present time. Although SOME versions of super string theory require spacetime to have more than 4 dimensions, other versions do not require this. Also, there is no version of any known theory that suggests that spacetime gains dimensions through rapid motion of the observer.
