There is no evidence to my knowledge that shows that a criminal's mind is affected by 'lunacy'. This has been looked at by astronomers, psychologists in a variety of statistical studies including thousands of police records and no positive correlation has ever been confirmed. It doesn't matter how many 'anecdotes' you collect from police officers. Humans only remember when these chance positive events occur and their cells are filled on a Full Moon. They never remember all the other times when their cells are not filled on a Full Moon. This one-sided recall is a well-known phenomenon in psychology.
