This is a great question that often stumps even a trained astronomer if they try to give too off-hand an answer. The details depend on your location on the lunar surface, and the orbit of the Moon. In general, the Earth will not appear perfectly fixed in the sky, certainly not with respect to the ever-moving background stars. The lunar Libration effect will slowly cause the Earth to depart from a fixed location in the Lunar sky by several degrees, in a roughly periodic motion each month.
