Where can I get the longitude of the Moon's perigee?

The US Nautical Ephemeris gives the mean longitude of the lunar perigee as: 


L = 280.425774 + 0.11140355 x d   degrees

where

d = Your Julian Date - 2450082.5
There was a recent perigee on August 27 at 17:00 which was JD = 2440322.5 + 0.208 since JD is figured from Noon at 12:00 and 17:00 = Noon + .208 days. Then the longitude was: d = -9759.79 and longitude = -806.8497 degrees or 273.150 degrees.
