Do the nodes of the Moon's orbit where it crosses the Ecliptic plane, move?

The Moon's orbit passes through the Ecliptic plane of the solar system at two points in its orbit around the Earth. It is at these two points that lunar and solar eclipses can occur. These points are not stationary in space, but slowly revolve around the Moon's orbit once every 18.61 tropical years ( 18.61 times 365.242 days).
