What will we observe before sunrise during the Eclipse of 1999 in New England?

It starts at 9:32 UT at about latitude 41d 16' and Longitude 65d 17'and the track climbs northeast very quickly, so by sunrise you may only see the tail-end of a partial eclipse for a few minutes. The local time will be 5:32 East Coast Daylight Savings Time at the start of the eclipse, which is well before local sunrise. New England and Newfoundland will not be good places to be to see this eclipse, from what I can tell from the numbers and a back of the envelope estimate!
