Has anyone used a powerful telescope to look at the old Apollo landing sites?

Not that I know of. The Hubble Space Telescope would be the only instrument able to see much detail. With an angular resolution pushed to the max at 0.04 arc seconds, it would be able to see details about 0.04 x 350,000 kilometers/206265 = 50 meters across or so. hardly enough to see any of the equipment or landing gear used by the astronauts!
