Where can I get software to predict the dates for the solstices and the equinoxes from 1583 AD onwards?

I wrote such a program which seems to be accurate to about 5 minutes or so between 1583 and 2200 AD. If you want a copy, send a check for $20.00 to my home address. I will send you a floppy disk for PCs with the execuitable program.
