No. Because elementary particles BY DEFINITION, have no internal structure that can be cleaved apart. Now, if you are asking whether the fundamental particles we call electrons and quarks can be 'split' we will have to see what comes out of future experiments. If they can be split, they will no longer be called fundamental particles. That honor will then fall on the pieces that are produced!
