What is the star-like object near the nucleus of NGC 7320 in my photograph taken with a 25-inch telescope?

NGC 7320 is an Sbc galaxy about 3.1 megaparsecs away in the direction of the constellation Perseus near RA = 22h 33m 46s and Dec = +33d 41' 18". It was at one time 'mis identified' as a member of the compact galaxy cluster called Stephan's Quintet, however its distance shows that it is unrelated to this galaxy cluster and so the cluster is now called Stephan's Quartet.

The photograph does show a bright star near the nucleus of this galaxy, however, it is nothing more than that. Just a bright foreground star, and not a recent supernova in that galaxy. Sorry!
