Yes. In fact Dr's Geoff Marcy and Paul Butler and their students have a wonderful Search for Extrasolar Planets web site, where they keep a very current archive of their progress. Since they are responsible for the majority of the detections, this is more or less complete for the progress in the field.
However, you may want to visit a site such as Jean Schneider's Extrasolar Planet Encyclopedia which is kept very up to date with reports and confirmations by many different groups.
