There is a camera manufactured by the Santa Barbara Instrument Group (805-969-1851), model ST-6 which covers 0.4 to 1.1 microns. Your best bet is to contact Laurence Marschall, the Editor of Sky Publishing Corporations CCD magazine at 717-337-6026 or 'marschal@gettysburg.edu' who might be able to point you to a supplier. I know that Cincinnati Instrument Corporation ( I think that's the name!) also manufacturer's infrared imagers but they are 'thermal scanners' and professional-grade instruments costing $5-10,000 and up.
