I looked this up in the 'Yale Bright Star Catalog' by Dorrit Hoffleit which lists all the names of the bright stars and I was unable to find an arabic name that even comes close to matching this name. I found al Tarf = Beta Cancri and al Tinnin = Alpha Draconis, but nothing with 'Touz'.
