When does the Moon rise during each of its phases?

It depends on where you are located, but say you were at a latitude of 35 degrees North, and a longitude of 90 degrees West. The US Nautical Almanac says that for June, 1996:

Phase Date Moon Rise Sun set
....................................................
Full June 1 18:49 19:20
Last 1/4 June 8 0:00 19:28
New June 16 5:14 19:31
1st 1/4 June 24 13:19 19:33
Full July 1 19:32 19:33
.....................................................
Note, the times are for Greenwich Local Mean Time which runs about 5 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time so add 5 hours to these times. That puts full moon on July 1 at June 30th..the infamous Blue Moon in June seen by North America but not England and European observers!
