Where can I get software that gives the azimuth and elevation of the Moon at each day for any latitude ?

There are many commercial 'planetaria simulators' that include this function. Have a look at the astronomical software sections of Sky and Telescope and Astronomy magazines for information about such software, vendors and costs.
