How many stars are there in the constellations Cepheus and Draco?

My charts show 17 stars connected in Draco, and 6 connected in Cepheus. This is a consistent count among many different maps. Some books, however, do not show all the stars and their connections such as Kappa Cephi connected to Lambda Cephi.
