Would satellites fall from the sky if the Sun went out?

No. Because the orbits of Earth satellites is controlled by the gravitational field of the Earth not the Sun. A satellite would not 'fall' from the sky unless its orbit was so perturbed that its trajectory intersected the Earth on a collision course. There are many things that could get this to happen for a few satellites, but not all of the man-made one now up there in orbit.
